Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking an experienced, driven, innovative, inspirational, and inclusive Chief Executive Officer who has the ability to lead a collaborative and agile organisation with a not-for-profit ethos that cares for its people and patients.

You will provide consistent leadership to set the tone and build on the culture of the organisation in line with our values. You will have the ability to build credibility, inspire confidence and influence people at all levels in the organisation.

You will be an experienced board executive with NHS or wider healthcare sector experience, preferably with a strong provider background and have a track record in leading complex change, as well as managing external responsibilities and priorities.

You will be a strong leader of teams, living our values in all that you do, bringing challenge to thinking across the organisation in how we support and improve the wellbeing and health of our communities.

Alongside this you will be an exceptional communicator with an understanding of how to lead change together with a proven track record of delivering significant transformation.

YICT Health Care Support

Would you like to join a dynamic and successful team that is dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of patients within our community? Our service supports patients to:

  • Remain independent in their own homes, continuing healthcare assessment, rehabilitation, reablement and recovery.
  • Remain at home during an acute episode of illness and or injury, preventing unnecessary hospital admissions.
  • Come home from hospital earlier.

You will work closely with a team of nurses and specialist GPs, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, therapy assistants, paramedics, dietician and social prescriber to support patients’ individual needs, promoting patient health and wellbeing. This team is available to you to get support whenever needed.

Community Diagnostic Centre Administrator

Job Summary:

To provide administrative support for the delivery Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) Service booking patients into S1.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties will be varied under the direction of the Senior Service Lead/Senior Administrator dependent on current and evolving service for CDC:

  • Provide administrative support, answering telephone calls, booking/cancelling patient appointments, answering queries and basic tasks on SystmOne.
  • Data entry, allocation and collation; processing and recording information.
  • Filing and retrieving paperwork both manually and electronically.
  • Recognise and work within own competence.
  • To demonstrate a competent level of interpersonal skills when providing information

Care Navigator

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nimbuscare team in the role of Care Navigator, to support the Nimbuscare team in the delivery of our new Urgent Care / Out of Hours contract. You will support the smooth and efficient running of the GP Out of Hours service, in providing operational shift support to our clinical teams working in our centres face to face or remotely as part of our Clinical Assessment Service (CAS). You will liaise with Healthcare Professionals, patients, and other colleagues to ensure a timely and high standard of care is delivered. You will make and receive telephone calls and will work in line with Standard Operating Procedures. This role contributes to the effective running of the GP Out of Hours service across multiple locations (York, Scarborough, Malton, Whitby and Selby).

Operation Services Administrator

We are seeking to appoint an Operational Services Administrator to work as part of the Operational Services Team .This key role is absolutely vital to provide administrative support and contribute to the delivery of services. Working directly with the Operational Services Team, you will act as first point of contact in answering calls and assist the team in day-to-day administrative tasks, including referrals, tasks and liaison with patients. The successful candidate will be patient focused at all times with an exceptional attitude to patient care.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nimbuscare team in the role of Receptionist, to support the Nimbuscare team in the delivery of our services including GP Out of Hours and Community Diagnostics. You will be the first point of contact for our patients arriving for a face-to-face appointment and will be friendly and welcoming. You will ensure an efficient and professional reception provision and will work as part of the wider team to ensure a positive patient experience.

Service Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nimbuscare team in the role of Service Lead to support the Nimbuscare team in the delivery of our new Urgent Care / Out of Hours contract. The post holder will be responsible for the management of service delivery during the out of hours period and will act as a point of escalation. You will be responsible for the day-to-day line management of the Out of Hours Operational Team which comprises Senior Care Navigators, Care Navigators and Receptionist / Administrative Assistants with oversight from the Operational Services - Senior Service Lead. The post holder will contribute to and will support the improvement of processes and procedures to ensure effective service delivery. The post holder will need to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with administrative staff as well as clinical colleagues to facilitate effective and integrated clinical care. The post holder will need to respond to and resolve challenging operational issues decisively and effectively whilst managing a complex and changing workload. An eye for detail whilst working under pressure is essential, as is having a good grasp of data and information whilst simultaneously providing proactive, confident, and visible leadership to the Operational Team. This role contributes to the effective running of the GP Out of Hours service across multiple locations (York, Scarborough, Malton, Whitby and Selby).
